In construction of all facets of Civil Engineering Works, including the capacity to under take and complete design and construct projects.

ADARSH CONSTRUCTION quality system will ensure that the delivery of Civil Construction Projects are achieved in accordance with the contractual requirements and will satisfy the client's objectives . This Policy will provide the objective evidence that the quality system is being implemented and maintained. ADARSH CONSTRUCTION is committed to the achievement of the client's objectives with emphasis on our employee's involvement in the quality requirement of the project from commencement to completion.

This quality control policy has been developed by the directors to encompass all operational and administrative activities undertaken by the Company. They therefore expect full compliance with the requirements contained with in this quality policy and to strive for continual improvements to their overall performance.

Directors recognize that they are ultimately responsible for quality and believe that successful quality management contributes to business performance. This is achieved by developing suitable corporate and operational procedures and as such our quality objectives are a fundamental part of our primary business aims .They are therefore actively committed to ensure that adequate organizational arrangements and effective monitoring systems are established, in order to achieve sustained improvement.

The effective management of quality with in the company will assist in the Improvement in our business performance. Our quality objectives are therefore as important as our other business aims. It is therefore essential that quality both in planning and operational control be at the forefront of every actively implementation and completion. We will actively venture to achieve progressive improvement in our quality performance by the systematic review of our arrangements through field inspections and audit.

Health and Safety Policy

Construction is strongly committed to encourage our members to take part and follow the Health and Safety Training Programs. The Health, Well-being and safety of each Individual is always our paramount concern. We recommend levels of training depending on age and ability, and expect our staffs to participate within these boundaries.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY :
To support our Health and Safety Policy statement we are committed to the following duties :

• »  Undertake regular, recorded risk assessment of the Staff premises and all Activities undertaken by the Staff.
• » Create a safe environment by putting health and safety measures in place as Identified by the assessment.
• » Ensure that all members are given the appropriate level of training and Competition by regularly assessing individual ability dependant on age, Maturity and development.
• » Ensure that all members should be awar, understand and follow the Staff's health and safety policy.
• » Appoint a competent Staffmember to assist with health and safety Responsibilities.
• » Ensure that normal operating procedures and emergency operating procedures are in place and known by all members
• » Provide access to adequate first aid facilities, telephone and qualified first aider at all times.
• » Report any injuries or accidents sustained during any Staff activity or whilst on the staff premises.
• » Ensure that the implementation of the policy is reviewed regularly and Monitored for effectiveness.

Environment Policy

Our Environment Policy is to enhance total customer delight by continually improving our environmental management performances through the establishment , maintenance and monitoring of the Environmental objectives, complying in letter and spirit to full fill the requirements of all applicable national/international Environmental and Statutory/Regulatory requirements.

We at Adarsh Construction . are conscious of our social responsibilities with regards to helping the environment through our working practices . Our objective is not only to sustain our environment for our descendants but also to rehabilitate the damage previously done. We believe that our corporate responsibility goes beyond our proprietary borders and therefore every effort will be made to conserve resources throughout our operations.

Committing ourselves to prevention of pollution by use of processes, practices, Materials or products that avoid, reduce or control pollution including reducing, re-using and re-cycling / treatment, use of alternate process / control mechanisms or material substitution wherever possible.

» Ensuring uninterrupted and timely services to our customers.
» Communicating and working with our customers and suppliers to be safe, efficient and environmentally conscious.
» Widely publicizing and making this policy available to interested parties, Tracking, Monitoring and analysis of Environment objectives and targets and their associated measures are done in the management and operation review processes, to ensure that these established objectives are met.
» Striving for maximum capacity utilization of resources.
» Ensure timely compliance of pollution prevention cases adopted by use of processes, practices, materials or products that avoid, reduce or control pollution.
» Ensure 100% availability of fire & Safety equipments.
» Aiming for zero accidents (leading to n personnel injury and no loss of property.
» Conduct 100% Safety Audits and Safety Drills as per plan.
» Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance of EMS as per safety maintenance Policy
